Saint Sauvant Corner Jig — xTool P2 Digital Download

A small thing that makes a real difference. The Saint Sauvant Corner Jig is a simple alignment tool that sits flush against the outer edge of your xTool P2 bed. It includes a slot for the P2's assembly screw so the jig sits flat without interference, giving you a consistent starting point for your material every single time. Slot your workpiece into the corner and get straight to work.

Cut it from whatever material you have on hand — 3mm acrylic, MDF, or plywood all work well. We make ours in acrylic since it's more rigid and less prone to warping, which matters when accuracy is the whole point.

The download includes an SVG cut file with separate cut and engrave layers, plus a PDF guide covering our recommended settings for acrylic and wood, placement instructions, and calibration tips for dialling in the right origin point for your specific machine.

Compatible with xTool P2, xTool Studio and LightBurn. Settings in the guide are based on xTool Studio — LightBurn users may need to adjust for their setup.
