Refund Policy

This will only occur if your order has not begun production. If you have a change of mind, we are happy to refund your order, minus a 10% transaction fee that is charged to Saint Sauvant. 

Returns Policy

Please double check the mock ups that are sent to you before production to ensure everything is correct. Unfortunately due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away.

When reaching out, please attach a photo of the item and a brief description of what happened. Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is an issue, we want to make sure it is resolved and you are happy with your purchase!
