Shipping policy

New Zealand Delivery Rates

You will be presented with shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order. All packages are couriered out of Auckland, New Zealand.

Different items will have different shipping rates related to their dimensions and weight. Protective material such as bubble wrap and packaging is included within the price.

Once your order has been completed and is ready to dispatch, you will be notified via email.

We use New Zealand Post, overnight service, fully traceable. However, sometimes shipping delays can occur which are out of our control.

Due to the size of our larger items (e.g. signage), the overnight service may not be available to some regions of the country.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Delivery

We are currently not offering international shipping at this time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available as a free option at checkout. Orders can be collected from Northcote, Auckland. The exact address will be provided once your order is ready. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email or order number when collecting, as this will be required to release your order.

Authority to Leave

If you choose Authority to Leave, responsibility transfers once NZ Post confirms delivery.

Public Holidays & Peak Periods

During peak times (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s/Father’s Day or weather events), couriers may experience delays outside our control - please order early.
