Q: Where are the products made?

Everything is designed and created in-house at our studio in Northcote, Auckland, New Zealand.

No minimum spend or order quantity at all. Order as few or as many items as you'd like.

Q: What happens after I purchase?

After purchasing we will contact you to confirm your personalisation details. We'll then prepare artwork for your review, with up to two rounds of amendments included. Once you approve the artwork we begin production. When complete you'll receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number.

Q: How much will shipping be?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. All packages are couriered from our Auckland studio and include protective packaging. Different items have different rates based on dimensions and weight.

After placing your order we will be in contact to give you an accurate timeframe. All products are made to order in our Auckland studio — lead times vary by product, so please check the individual listing before ordering. If you have a tight deadline, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Full payment is taken from our website. If you would like to arrange a deposit then please contact us. However, full payment is required before we can begin to create your product.

Can I pick up from your Auckland studio?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order from our studio in Northcote, Auckland. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

What happens after I purchase?

Your order will go through several steps to ensure you receive the best possible product.

We will be in contact with you to obtain what you want on your product
We will prepare some artwork for your review
You will then have a chance to review your order and approve or request amendments (up to two amendments are included).
Once you have approved your artwork we can begin production.
Once production has been completed you will be emailed a notification that your order has been dispatched and you will be provided with your tracking number.

How much will shipping be?

You will be presented with shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are couriered out of Auckland, New Zealand.

Different items will have different shipping rates related to their dimensions and weight. Protective material such as bubble wrap and packaging is included within the price.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping.
